Mark Hamilton: I couldn't find anything local or online for a reasonable price that looked as good as this one in the photos so I purchased it because I was 2 weeks from having shoulder surgery and needed a second sling for showering. I am 5'10" & 225 pounds and a lot of reviews were mixed saying it was just right or it was too short so I took a chance on it. My main RX sling had a sponge grip hand exercise pad so I didn't need the little blue ball included which I gave to my Granddaughters, the sling on the loosest Velcro position was indeed too tight which forced my arm and shoulder uncomfortably much higher than the Doctor wanted it to be so I was either going to return it or modify it, I had a spare strap extension off of my RX sling so I was able to extend it by several inches reattached with Velcro, but being afraid that it may come loose and my arm drop down in the shower like someone else said I put a safety pin through to secure it which then met my approval and demand.

JT: This thing worked well. I'm a bigger guy so it was a little snug. But being able to take a shower, post rotator cuff surgery ,was the most important thing and it helped me accomplish that goal. It only took a little while to dry off
