Carpe Diem L: I paid $12.59 for these brown bellows when I purchased in June 2023. It looks like the price has increased since then. With that said, they are well made but not 'top of the line' as far as bellows go. I've had nicer ones in the past, but these will do. We use them for our fire pit outside and store them in the garage. If I wanted really nice ones that are a good size for an inside wood fireplace, I'd personally opt for a different set of bellows. With the economy being what it is right now, and our money really counts with what we spend it on, these will suffice if your budget doesn't allow for spending a bit more.

Lisa Arcond: We mainly heat our home with the fireplace stove in the winter, my husband was using a large brass straw to blow air on the embers and it taking forever to get the fire going. I asked him about getting the bellow and he said we don't need it. Well one day I went to start the fire and inhaled a ton of smoke using his brass straw. I ordered the bellow the next day, he still didn't think we needed it but my lungs thought we did. Now he uses it everyday, the fire starts up quicker and neither of us are lightheaded anymore from trying to blow air through a straw. It's not too big and hangs neatly on the wall next to the fireplace, it adds to the decor as well. So win-win all around, definitely get this if you have a fireplace
