電源がコンセントなので、抜く度に時間がリセットされる。目覚まし時間の設定は記憶されてます。

元一流ではない役員: 以前から、朝ライトの目覚ましを探していたが、帯に短しというか、試してみるにはちょっと高額で、なかなか購入に至らず。たまたまTVで他メーカーの製品を紹介しており、Amazonを開いたらこの機種が最も安価に提示されていた。で、失敗覚悟で購入したところ、朝快適に起床できる様になり大感激。
若干操作が煩雑だが、一度セットしてしまえばあとはボタンを押してオンオフするだけです。2つの時間を選択でき、ウイークデイと土日で使い分けています。

Kelli J. Bailey: This is the third ‘wake-up’ light I have owned and by far my favorite. I was gifted a large Phillips but it was very cumbersome to set and the buttons lost functionality. A second was very easy to read the screen at night and offered a room temperature feature but wasn’t nearly as bright as I wanted the wake-up light.
This one offers a VERY bright light. The setting features offers lots of variability, but is also easy to utilize. You can also set the length of time it takes for the light to intensify and by how much it does so. I love waking up the the light over 10 minutes to its full capacity at a 20 along with the sound of chirping birds. (Other sounds available, including radio.). My 4 star rating is solely based on the ability to read the time. There are 3 brightness settings. It’s readable in the dark set on 1-2, but difficult to read in the light. Set on 3, it’s readable in a lighted room, but way too bright in the dark. The numbers are also a bit fuzzy compared to any other clock I’ve owned.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this for the wake-up light feature I purchased it for…I just might need to get a wall clock for waking hours.

Yes, absolutely. As an island girl now living in the Pacific North West, winters were really tough for me. I’ve been using this daily since October and there is noticeable difference in my mood and sleep quality compared to past winters.

I have even notice that my awareness of my internal clock has also improved since I started using the WakeUp light. I can tell when it’s getting close to bed time because I can feel my body start to wind down. This helps me keep my routine consistent and has helped my sleep quality.

How do I use this product?
I sleep with blackout shades, so my room is completely dark at night. I keep the Wake Up Light on my nightstand and use both the sunset and sunrise feature set to 60 mins with full brightness. For night time, I love sleep mode feature as I don’t like any light in the room when I’m sleeping. I do use the sound alarm in the mornings because I like to know when it’s actually time to get out of bed, but I’m usually awake long before this.

chocolatemoose: I purchased the "wood" version of this clock. It's not actual wood, it's plastic, but it ended up looking pretty nice, so to me that was worth the extra $6.

As others have mentioned, the buttons on this clock take a little getting used to. Once I read the manual and figured them out, I had no problem operating it.

LIKES:

• Able to turn off the digital display entirely
• Choice of sounds (we like the birds the best, but I thought all the nature sounds were pretty good)
• 20 light levels (so glad I didn't get a clock with just three levels, see why in the DISLIKES section)
• Ability to set two different alarms
• "Sunset" function, where the light gradually turns off

DON'T CARE, BUT YOU MIGHT:

• Radio option is nice to have
• Colorful nightlight option is fun

DISLIKES:
• Not conducive to one-handed operation in the dark.

The thing I really, really dislike about this clock (and the reason for four stars instead of five) is that it's virtually impossible to operate one-handed, and while you're lying down. Even something as simple as turning the lamp on and off takes more effort than it should. The...
