Tiki Cat Grill Grain-Free Wet Food: A Low-Carbohydrate Diet for Cats

Marigold: I’m giving the product 5 stars as it is great cat food. However, Amazon needs to work on better shipping when it comes to food. One of the cans was crushed and it got food all over the other cans. Not only that it didn’t happen on the foods way to my house. That can had been busted open for a long time. It smelled putrid like garbage that had sat outside for days. I could smell it through the Amazon shipping bag. Whoever packed this order had to have smelled that and seen it crusted all over the box but the still shipped it anyway. Very poor service.

K. McArdle: I feed mostly dry with wet food once a day, for economic reasons mostly. I wanted to upgrade my wet food. My cats love this. It's full of quality ingredients with no fillers. I'm a convert!

Thomas P.: Tikki brand is great if you have a cat that needs to lose weight. As it is both low carb AND low fat. This is also their most affordable flavor. My cat does NOT need to lose weight. This is just one of many brands that I have tried the last few months as I am trying to get her to eat wet instead of dry food without breaking the bank. Unfortunately, she did not care very much for this one and only eats it very reluctantly. Not sure if it is a flavor or consistency issue but I'm going to have to find something else.

rin: my cats will only eat the sardines, and not any of the crab/mackerel. overall its too fishy for my cats and the smell is suuuper strong. I suggest opening an window when u feed ur cats or have air purifier on to air out the room.. otherwise the ingredients are pretty good quality, just wish it didnt smell so bad

JF: This is real food, however my cat doesn't like fish that much and there is fish in every box. If they could make boxes exempt of fish, with beef, chicken, duck or liver I would give this 5 stars.

LivingandlearningLivingandlearning: The media could not be loaded.  Here is what I wish I had known before purchasing Tiki Cat Hawaiian Grill ahi tuna:

1) My cats not only demand this food, they don’t throw it up. Don’t act like you don’t know what a demanding cat looks and acts like. Each of the 3 females has her own demanding behavior. Two are silent demanders and really cute when they want wet cat food. The dry kibble is always available. The third is quite vocal in her demands which say “That litter box stinks and I’m not gonna use it til you clean it” and “You know that good food in that thingy that makes a scratching sound? I want it and I want it now.”

Throwing up is a big issue for my cats. One has a small stomach and fills quickly with dry cat food no matter the brand. When she drinks water, the dry food swells up in her stomach and come back up all over the house and sometimes it’s hidden. I feed her a high quality dry food so the clean up is easy and mostly undigested kibbles. Still the constant cleaning is a pain and finding dried throw up is still a surprise. I tried switching to wet food as recommended by the vet. She threw tha up too. Cheap wet cat food was thrown...
