It's not truly junk food though. It contains taurine and is needed for continued goid heart health.

Pamela: For some reason the mixed flavours are often priced less than the single flavoured options. Fancy Feast has increased from 76 cents (AUD) to an average of $1.70 + per can in the 24 can pack in the last year or so. The variety packs are a more affordable option that provides some variety for your cats. It seems that with the new Fancy Feast packaging that the formulae also seem to have changed. Many people I've spoken to have had the same experience with cats suddenly not wanting flavours they previous loved once, after nearly a year of limited supply, the product became available again in Australia. This variety seems to appeal to several cats.
