It's certainly not plush. But that's ok. It is soft enough that it feels nice when getting out of the shower. The pattern and colors are very nice and I like the size a lot. Arrived quickly and seems well made. I might even be able to fit it in the washer. Hopefully the backing won't crackle after time and make a mess. Pleased withe rug

At first glance I thought this was expensive. I needed the size so I tried the rug!! Better than expected for non slip and I would buy it again. Light weight & very pretty!! Would purchase another one and may still do just that!!
