Amazon Customer: The kit is sturdy, easy, and durable, but the oval part did not fit the black & decker vent like it says. I didn’t have the extending pieces and this kit did fit with the oval window piece I had, so for my purpose it worked. If you don’t have ANY window pieces for the B&D, keep looking.

NLNL: This product seemed quite suitable for my needs, pretty sturdy and decent quality for the price, until I went to put it up.
I guess I fall into an edge case for the length I needed, and want to point this out that it is NOT suitable for ALL lengths 17-60".

I needed exactly 33.5" inches and this is IMPOSSIBLE to get. If I use an outer and inner plate, there is not enough overlap for them to connect. If I use two outer plates, it will become 34 inches or more, and just a tad too long to fit. Yes, I can cut or saw a piece to make it shorter but that's not the point, I don't want to have to do that for something advertised as fitting my needs.

The reason I bumped the stars up to a 4 instead of the 3 that I was initially leaning towards is that after this discovery, I went back on Amazon to look for a suitable window kit, and found that nearly all of them would not work for 33.5" so it is not a problem exclusive to this particular product.
