Bbysnblck: Love this tea, love the company! Very accommodating with an order that I received. They cared and reached out after I gave a negative preliminary review of product because two of the tea samples were not included. They have promised to send verifying details. Very happy with response from company, awaiting the teas that were not included. Please Amazon, why so hard to order in tins? Stock is often Not Available on the best teas. Shame!

Kindle Customer: Stumbled across this tea when a friend brought it over one night, and I think we all were hooked.

I like my herbal teas sweet but light, which the BWC manages to strike a fine line on. The hibiscus and apple keeps the blend sweet without being cloying, and the vibrant blueberry flavor is well complimented by both of those flavors, as well as the other more subtle notes of the blend. The amount you get with the bag is a deal and so glad I found it on Amazon where hopefully it will be available for a long time to come.

Nyambura: What I liked at a glance was the packaging.Its beautiful long lasting and reusable .The contents were fresh but would have loved more lavender but all in all I recommend buying it.Very strong flavors.

Y: I have had this tea before and it is has a great flavor. I decided to purchase the tea in the tin which is not available locally. The tin arrived dented and had moisture inside. I contacted Amazon and there is NO RETURN. I am simply out the full price. To be safe, the tea went straight into the garbage can. Not happy at all.
**UPDATE 11/1/23 ** Tiesta Tea Customer Service is awesome! They reached out to me and replaced the damaged tin. I waited to update this review until the new tin arrived and it did in perfect condition.
Totally turned this transaction around and 5 stars!

AA: **Updated Review** 07/25/2023: I was able to speak to one of the reps for Tiesta Tea (Bailee) regarding the packaging and the way they fill these tins.
First and foremost, the tins are filled based on WEIGHT. So a finer tea will be able to fill more of the tin for the given advertised 5.5 ounces. A bulkier tea, like Mango Maui, will obviously weigh more, and therefore won't be able to fill the tin completely while still being at the advertised weight. So while the tin appears to be underfilled, you are still getting the advertised volume.

They were also very quick to address the hair issue and have sent me a replacement tin, which although unnecessary as I wasn't too bothered by it, is still very appreciated. Along with that was a hand written note from the rep I spoke to as well as a sampler bag of one of their other teas.
Just from how quickly Tiesta Tea was to address the concerns I had, I can tell that they really do care about the quality of their products and I definitely did appreciate the honesty and openness of the company.
