Nicole R: These English muffins are perfection. I go through a pack a week, no lie. I use them for everything--breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, dinner sandwiches, benedicts, mini pizzas, desert treats, grilled (non-dairy) cheese, you name it. So much better than every other "light" bread product I've tried. They are lovely low-calorie vessels for my favorite ingredients. I can't think of a reason to even buy the non-light ones. I just wish they would make the light ones in sourdough.

mcpopp: Is it my imagination or has Thomas' shrunk ALL their English muffins? Because they are so small, I burn my fingers every time I toast them because, unlike regular toasted bread, when they pop up there's not much to grab. The flavor is just fine. Sometimes it's difficult to separate each side from the other because they are so thin.
