Racheal: *Edit* ThinkTank reached out to resolve the issue. Their customer service was above and beyond. I would buy from this company again. The products are very good and their customer service is excellent. Updated to 5 stars

The product is a great learning tool, however it was sold as a new product and was clearly used, two of the flash card boxes were beat up and ripped from use. Only 1 of 4 was still shrink wrapped. One of the open boxes (pre-K flash cards) had what appears to be food between some of the cards and on the inside of the opening flap. The other open ones were in good condition. If I was buying a used product that would be one thing but it was not marketed as used.

Polyne: I made the best decision buying this sight words/flashcards for my 2nd grade baby. I love the way they are organized with each grade and how well it is to read the words without any struggle. My son love them. The best part of it, is that I will nolonger handwrite the words any more. I recommend this package, it's even easier for my son to construct a sentence.
