I purchased these for my first-grade son, who has been facing some challenges with phonics blending.

Racheal: *Edit* ThinkTank reached out to resolve the issue. Their customer service was above and beyond. I would buy from this company again. The products are very good and their customer service is excellent. Updated to 5 stars

The product is a great learning tool, however it was sold as a new product and was clearly used, two of the flash card boxes were beat up and ripped from use. Only 1 of 4 was still shrink wrapped. One of the open boxes (pre-K flash cards) had what appears to be food between some of the cards and on the inside of the opening flap. The other open ones were in good condition. If I was buying a used product that would be one thing but it was not marketed as used.

JohnJohn: Cards are fine. The only problem being that they use a font with the print version of the letter "a" rather than the round version preferred by school (see attached photo)
