David Gillespie: I used them on 4 5,000 btu, one 8,000 btu and one 10,000 btu window ac's. I did add additional bungi chords to hold them in place, don't know if that is necessary but I thought the chords provided seemed a little light and wanted to be sure they stayed in place during high winds and snow. Happy with the quality and will buy them again when needed.

Charleneann: Fall comes and it's time to put on the Frost King AC Cover. I secure edges with white duct tape that matches my siding. Protects AC and helps keep out drafts. Am too old to take AC out every fall and put back in spring. Then realized I didn't have to!

Nick B.: I've purchased this before and will likely do so again next winter. This winter has been pretty mild and in the past one has blown off the air conditioner (it is under a tree so it doesn't get the brunt of the elements). I can't get it all the way against the house due to the way the air conditioner is attached to the wall but it gets close. I would prefer a stronger strap rather than the stretchable straps that are there now that I can't get extremely tight. But it keeps most of the wind from coming into the old unit.

na: I like the product, but I had to cut it o fit my machine. Too bad smaller sizes are not available. Product was delivered properly, according special delivery instructions, on time.

Jacob MatthewsJacob Matthews: This is an ok implementation of an interior window AC cover. I found no viable alternatives in the same price range in Canada, so you probably don't have a choice.

It's not as thick as I expected. Basically two layers of fabric with some minimal filling between them. Should be fine in combination with an external cover. The external cover will prevent most drafts, and the internal cover will just insulate your room from the cool outside air in the AC unit body.

The elastic design certainly makes this a flexible product. I used it on an AC 24"x15" and I think it would be tough to fit it on anything 27"x17"; probably more suited for up to 24"x16". The bigger the unit, the less you have to wrap around the edges. It's elastic hold on the unit is a little precarious, and I needed a second person to get it on easily. Certain AC features may make it very difficult. My AC has a power cable coming out the bottom right. It's rather near the front of the unit and so prevents the cover from getting a decent grip on that corner. I might end up having to tape it in place, but it's stayed still for the last few days. I think I would have preferred something with a drawstring design...
