Fleur de Lys: The stem needs to be longer so it doesn't come out so easily, but I like the texture of this ball and I like that it isn't sticky. I use it to stretch my lower back, so it is only partially inflated. It works great for my needs.

Diego BD: En general el producto se desempeña bien, para los ejercicios para los cuales está destinado. Sólo le veo un pequeño inconveniente, que a pesar del mismo, el producto se desempeña correctamente, es decir, no le afecta. Sería deseable que la pelota tuviera un pivote integrado y no un taponcito para tapar el hoyo de inflado, fuera de eso ha sido un buen producto. Lo compré con descuento, creo que definitivamente NO lo hubiera comprado si no hubiera tenido el descuento, ya que sin el descuento el producto se me hace caro. En el mercado puede uno encontrar pelotas más baratas y con el pivote integrado (mejor diseño).

Brandi: Same ball as the ball I used in PT
Easy to inflate, but the air comes out enough where it's not fully inflated like at PT.
I'm always reinflating it a little.

Rich: Had been in an auto accident and went to Physical Therapy for months. That is where I was introduced to this ecercise ball....and it does give a great workout and strengthened the various muscles etc around my knee......I still use it to keep that strong. Highly recommend whether you were injured or not...
