Bronzon Yslas: Don't buy any bands from your local store, please. Those are just poor quality want to be "weight" bands with crappy hooks, and really poor quality.

Now these babies! Nice!!! Sweet canvas ends with large hooks and interchangeable carabiners for the handles or any lifting accessories you already have. Also comes with a strong tie-down anchor to attach to any contact point for multiple extension points, also, on the canvas ends of the bands is the weight class of each band, so you are not guessing by color, but picking actual labeled weight.

Not a substitute for free weights, but a great addition to any home gym. I bought the bands first for low impact cardio "lifting", then I bought adjustable dumbbells. I use the bands and dumbbells in my weekly routine of different exercises.

Highly recommend.

chris hope: Wish I'd bought these months ago, great range of excersizes to try. Less joint pain compared to using dumbells for me (I am in my fifties and new to all this). Quality seems very good so time will tell. Overall a bargain for £35.

Andrew Bordas: I was looking to purchase a pair of 25lb weights to do some curls and compound movements but all of them cost a minimum of $65 it seemed. Bought these on a whim as $15 isn't much of a gamble plus I can always return them if they didn't work. I just started using them for the first time and I am very surprised how well they are working as a supplement for weights. The gym takes so much time to commute, work out and just dealing with some of the bs that comes with public gyms. I can avoid all that and supplement the bands for it. I am thinking for days when I want to stay home and maybe get some work done or possibly fk around between my sets. These will be perfect for that. Cool beans.

Carlos MontonCarlos Monton: Tal y como está el panorama, con un posible confinamiento en cualquier momento, había que buscar algo para mantener la forma en casa. Las bandas elásticas me parecen una gran alternativa, más versátil y barata en comparación con bicis estáticas o cintas de correr.
En primer lugar comentar que me ha sorprendido la calidad de estas bandas, están muy bien acabadas y se notan resistentes, no me esperaba tanto por este precio la verdad. Punto positivo.
Vienen con instrucciones en inglés de cómo fijarlas en puertas y también de como hacer varios ejercicios, pero bien ilustradas por lo que las puede entender cualquiera.
Y ya si te buscas más ejercicios por internet, te das cuenta de que con unas bandas como éstas puedes ejercitar fácilmente cualquier músculo del cuerpo. Estoy muy contento con esta compra, la volvería a repetir sin duda.
