G. Paul Randall: My hat size is 7 1/8 and that one fit way too tight. Ordered 7 3/8 and that one was way too loose. Also sent olive instead of khaki on the second one. QC is not in evidence with this outfit. Great hat otherwise and I really wanted one, but I am apparently too impatient with this incompetence.

Robert B.Robert B.: I bought this hat about 5 years ago and wore it frequently. It was washed, probably twice a year, until it came out of the wash looking like this (see photo). When I was buying a new hat, I saw that it had a lifetime guarantee. However, when I inquired about a replacement, I was read the fine print - you had to have registered your hat within 60 days of purchase. I ordered the hat anyway, as I like it. When it came, there was no warning that the hat needed to be registered for the warranty to be valid. You are just supposed to know that you need to register your hat. Have you registered your hats??

AlexandraAlexandra: The first time I ordered this hat in 7 1/8 (Khaki) it was incredibly small even though I measured and my partner has the same hat in a 7 1/8 and it fits me perfectly.... so then I returned and ordered a 7 3/4 and now it fits nicely. But now the second one I ordered is not the right color... its more of a blue grey vs the one before was actually a light green khaki color. So, that is sort of lame. Anyway, the hat is in great condition and does the job. Other than the size and color discrepancies this is a great hat. Id suggest maybe not ordering them on Amazon.

Caveman: A great hat - keeps the sun off, very comfy, lots of sizes available so you can get one that's just right. Also, as it's cloth, it folds up fairly small so you can pack it easily.
