Logan: In all honestly, this isn’t a HORRIBLE resource, some of the recipes seem alright and I’ll probably try them, but if you can afford this meal plan, you can afford a dietitian that can give you way better resources than this. A lot of the recipes have me feeling like a bird. Like okay flour isn’t preferable for people with PCOS, but that doesn’t mean I can afford to eat like a bird with every other (quinoa, hemp, millet in every meal, nut and seed cereal). The portion sizes and nutrient density are just off. Five pieces of sprouted avocado toast? Who has time and money to eat half a loaf of 7 dollar bread with Greek yogurt and chickpeas? 10 dollar meal for breakfast , why would I even cook at home? Recipes with multiple kinds of expensive flour substitutes just to make a muffin? Save your money, just eat bird seed and halibut if you have PCOS I guess. That’s what these doctor’s recommend.

Kaitlin Aroche: I have been using this for a short time and already notice my endometriosis pain from the inflammation go away AND I finally got a period after two years! I also feel so much better, not as tired and have more energy. I’m on a new journey with changing my lifestyle and this is so easy. I just pick what sounds good, make a list with stuff needed to make it and that’s it! Not digging through Pinterest or wondering what’s online is right or not. This makes it so easy.

Easy to ready and absorb, contains also useful information for daily lifestyle and how to organize things in order to be easier for you.

Amazon Customer: Having decided to treat my PCOS through diet and exercise, I'm so glad that I purchased this book! I've struggled to loose weight for YEARS! Being recently diagnosed with PCOS (and learning that I am insulin resistant on top of it), this book has been a huge help for me in learning how to eat to treat my symptoms! All of the recipes are made with everyday food that you would normally buy, not the odd/expensive/weird food you have to hunt down! I thought the process of changing my diet for my health would be a lot harder than it has been! I'm even making meals for friends and family out of this book to show them how good everything is! And changing to the PCOS Diet has really made a difference in how I feel. I've even lost 10lbs in 6 weeks by just changing my food! Great book and a must have for anyone with PCOS!

Nutritional Recovery: The recipes and the quick to-the-point explanations of the targeted ingredient's nutrients and their purposes before each recipe is very helpful.
The recipes are very balanced and appealing. I have not tried them yet, but as a personal health chef with a certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner, I am impressed with the variety of foods, herbs and cultural diversity in ingredients. For instance, fairly traditional miso soup including nori. Bravo! The author hones in on typical and uncommon super foods that will appeal to the traditional palette.
The title highlights it being for PCOs yet most of the recipes also fall into a variety of categories; gluten-free, fertility, etc.
I purchased this book and I do not know the author. I rarely write reviews, but this seems to be a very well thought out infoformational coocbook for anyone interested in cleaning up their diet for any reason.
