It covers a large spectrum of essential topics , keeping a very understandable,structured approach to understand what it takes to be best in class in your new role, in efficient manner.
All resources are provided to put in application immediately what is originally developed in the book.
It is so rich in providing solid methodology that keeping it with you all the time is not an option, it's a requirement, a duty. An absolute must-have!

It has taken me much longer to read this book than usual. That is because every chapter is a building block for self-directed research and learning. While I disagreed with the author on certain things, the information contained in this is invaluable for transitioning leaders. Especially younger transitioning leaders, who do not have a wealth of leadership experience to draw upon.
