This is such a good book...everyone should read it to develop a framework to look at and understand ourselves and others, and the frequent problems when working to create loving relationships. I also have the audio CDs in my car and listen it it more often than everything else combined. But it takes considerable practice and attention to our thoughts and feelings, and looking at the underlying beliefs, many of which we acquired at very early ages before we had the ability to decide on their validity.
Get it and grow.

I have been thinking about this a lot lately. Listening to people is so important. Listening without trying to change anything is so powerful. The Fifth Agreement is the next piece of the jigsaw. After reading The Four Agreements this book is the logical next step.
