From MK: This book is really informative for a novice dehydrator and gives suggestions for things I had not considered due to my noviceness.
The fruit and veg is detailed in alphabetical order, though has American spellings for some.

Amazon Customer: I have started dehydrating again and needed a good book that had the information in it that I needed. I spent a good deal of time looking for one that had the info on the produce I was looking for. This was the one I found. It has info on fruit, vegetables, fruit rollups, and jerky. It is just a great book.

Carolyn Allison: I disliked the fact that about half the book is rehydrated recipes. I know what I want to make with dehydrated food. I just wanted more information on different ways, marinates, etc. , to use the dehydration system. I liked the the ones I saw in the book but wanted more suggestions not finished recipes.
