Pops: If you want to lower sodium with Asian food, this is the ticket. It tastes great. A bit pricey when you have to buy 2 at a time, but it is worth it. I order chow mein from a local Chinese restaurant and ask them for no soy sauce or salt, pretty low on flavor. When I add this and mix it up, everyone loves it.
I also use it in my homemade stir fry.
