Mimi: Utilisé pour camping dans une tente de toit très chaud. Hâte de l'utiliser lors de température fraîches. On ne peut pas déziper les pieds car c'est cousu, mais la fermeture éclair est dans les deux sens.

Shannon Hall: It literally takes only a minute or two to feel warm in this sleeping bag. Nice toasty sleep. Have used it in -5 C so far and was completely fine. Great for a person who moves around alot in their sleep as it's wider than a normal sleeping bag. I can not stand mummy type sleeping bags, and this is a great alternative which will keep you just as warm.

Annoying that you can't detach the zipper at the bottom to make it into a "blanket"....design flaw!!

I did attempt to wash it in my washing machine, but it was too big, made a soap sud mess and was too heavy and water logged. Took forever to try to dry it in my dryer and ended up having to hang it to dry to get it completely dry. Will take it to the dry cleaner (it says DO NOT dry-clean) next time as they have an industrial size washing machine that can handle this size of item. Ain't nobody got time to hand wash something like this in their bath tub!!!

ME: Great bag EXCEPT .... the CHEMICAL SMELL. (Minus 2 stars for the smell, but rounding up to 4 stars b/c the bag is great after the smell goes away). If it didn't have smell to begin with, I'd give it 5 stars.

I opened it up and put it on top of my bed covers to try it out.

Initially it had a chemical smell, but I didn't pay it much attention. I went to sleep and I woke up feeling feint with diarrhea from the chemical smell. The odor was much stronger in the room afterwards. I had to turn on the ceiling fan to get some air circulation, and go outside to get fresh air. I had to put the bag in another room for the night. Next day, I had to wash it a couple times and let it air out for about a week in a different room of the house before the smell went away.

Now that the smell has finally gone away, the bag is awesome: is very roomy, comfortable, and warm. It takes a little effort, but fits in the stuff sack.

I sleep under it on my bed and ended up lowering my furnace temp at night. Even then I still get too hot sometimes and have to kick it off to let some of the heat escape.

My plan is to do some winter camping in it. I think it will work out...

Todd: First of all, if you are looking for a good, solid, and high quality sleeping bag then look no further. This is so comfortable and very roomy. I chose the olive green color and it looks awesome.

Pros:
1. Soft interior
2. Nice size and plenty of room to move around.
3. The mummy style head rest is good and big for a pillow to keep it off the ground.
4. The length of the sleeping bag is awesome. I'm 6'2" and I still couldn't touch the bottom of the bag.
5. Easy to pack back into the drawstring bag.
6. The bag it comes in is good and sturdy.
7. The price for this sleeping bag is perfect since you get a good quality, over sized, and comfortable bag.
8. Keeps you very warm without making you sweat or stick to the inside liner material.
9. Has pockets on the inside for valuables. (I like that I can keep my keys, etc by me and not worry about them getting lost.)

Cons:
1. Although the zipper isn't supposed to snag on the inside liner mine still snagged every now and then.
2. A bit heavy for backpacking.
3. It would be nice if the bag came with straps so that you can roll it up and strap it tight so that you don't have to 'stuff' it back...

Waldo: ...I am in my mid-60's and still love to camp, but due to a replacement-hip and several damaged disks in my spine, sleeping on the ground in a tent is no longer a comfortable option for me, so for the last decade I have slept in my Dodge-Minivan on a regular mattress...But this has worn out, so I decided to upgrade...

...I wanted a cot, but didnt like the small, creaky, uncomfortable cots carried in most stores, so went online and found a GInormous one that had good reviews, and the manufacturer also made a sleeping-bag in the same size...40 x 85..

...I bought both, and coupled them with a 2" memory-foam pad which I sandwiched between the bag and cot with an old quilt, holding that combo in place with light elastic cords....

..I am just sorry i did not do this years earlier!..This bag is HUGE!!!...It is very comfortable, with two-drawstring closures around the top to keep out drafts, very nice large padded batting along the zipper so you never make contact with the zipper while inside the bag, which also insulates that area well....

...It has two nylon loops on the bottom for tying down to a cot to keep the bag in place, which is a nice feature...and...
