Amazon Customer: Parts missing, no instructions provided, arrived with scratched poles, suggesting it was a restock sold at full price, and arrived three weeks after Prime date.

Otherwise, a heavy-weight decent product, just a frustrating purchasing experience.

Jason MooreJason Moore: We live in Colorado and my wife has had this urge to do some snow camping. We tried once last year in our summer mesh tent and about froze to death, so we knew if we were going to do this ever again we would need a thicker canvas tent that would hold heat and protect us from the elements a little better. We chose a Teton tent because we own four of their sleeping bags which are the best sleeping bags I have ever owned, so I knew the quality would be there. I also know from past dealings that their customer service is top notch so if there was an issue with the tent we would have no issues getting them resolved. This tent has many pros, lets focus on those first. This is exactly what we were looking for in a thicker warmer tent. When our heater was actively running, this tent stayed warm. It didnt hold the heat too long after the heater was off, but it definitely stayed warm when it was on rather than escaping through the walls. So that was a definite plus. The tent amazed me at how easy it was to assemble. I read the instructions once before we went camping, and was able to assemble strictly by memory. It was so so simple. None: My husband and I got this tent for our kids for Christmas, along with some other camping supplies. It is really awesome, so huge, so sturdy, so easy to set up, so unlike any other tent we've ever had. The kids love it. It was missing a couple of stakes when we went through the box, so I wrote to the company at the customer service email address that they provide here on the product page, and they wrote back within 24 hours to say that the missing stakes were on their way! My husband and I were super impressed. Of course we didn't want to return the whole thing over a couple stakes, but often when dealing with companies, this sort of issue is such a hassle. Not with TETON!

We highly recommend this tent and this company.

BrendonBrendon: Where do I start...... I was very impressed with this tent! I came from a generic ebay Chinese made bell tent, to this, and WOW!! NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. The quality is definitely there, worth every penny! You get a warranty, great customer service, and a company that will stand behind their product! The canvas is thick and strong to the touch! The tub floor is very thick and sturdy, it's nonporous so absolutely no water will seep through like a traditional nylon tent, or even some other bell tents for that matter. It stood up to 15-20mph winds and light rain nicely. One thing to note is this canvas tent along with many other canvas tents from other companies, will have to be seasoned. Meaning you should set this up and spray it down with water so that the canvas tightens up and becomes waterproof! And you will never have to worry about it again. Just so you know what your getting into, a canvas tent is very different from a nylon tent. Be sure to store it completely DRY! On our trip it rained two of the nights and Not a single drop of moisture within the tent. It beaded nicely and just rolled of the tent! Looks like it was thrown down 10 flights of stairs, different tape on one end like it was opened, the stakes are rusted and paint chipping off AND this is the third time im trying to leave this review for some reason amazon isnt letting me. The pictures taken are literally how it was when i arrived no care at all huge 1.5 inch hole on the side and some one half hazardly taped it up .. Purolator wont take any blame, i contacted Teton who was nice and got back to me we will see what they do.
I feel like this was a used tent that im getting and not a new one and who knows if anything is missing.
Im really not impressed the people who handled someone elses product like this need to be fired.

Will update review once i know whats going on

Everything about it is heavy duty!
Even the bags to carry the extreme stakes, and the steel poles and roof assembly are extremely well made!
I’ve never seen a tent bag like this! It’s so extreme! Sorry for using that word so much but it is true!!
Now the canvas tent, it is the best tent I’ve ever owned!!
Easy to set up, but is a beast!
We just got back from a week long camping trip, and it rained for two days, it rained really hard at night…not one drop of water in the tent…amazing!!
There’s a ton of room in the 10x14 size tent even with a queen size air mattress in it!
We will be taking this tent on 4 more camping trips this summer and fall, can’t wait to set it up again!
I’m so glad I bought this tent, and hope to have it for years to come!
Remember to season the tent!
I highly recommend this canvas tent!!!

Edward Barrett: I've used this tent a few times this season for hunting and golfing (camped out at bethpage) and I'm very impressed with the quality. Of note, I camped out in the field under significant wind gusts and the tent didn't budge at all.
I like that the floor is thick and is meant to withstand foot traffic and equipment.

Size: i dont really understand how people rate tents for size, but here is my experience with the 10x14. It is perfect, ideal, and spacious for 2 adults: cots, hunting gear, a cooler, a GSP hunting dog, and a propane 12k btu heater. honestly if you camp exclusively as 2 people, the 10x10 would be sufficient. however, in my 10x14, a 3rd adult w/gear would fit fine, and 4th would start to get tight (probably my limit barring an unusual situation/emergency). My preference though is if I'm taking the time to set up a large tent over a smaller backpacking tent, I want to have space and more comforts. If you are a family of 4-6, this tent would be for you.

Weight: The total package is 80 lbs, but it breaks down into tent (~45 pounds in a nice carry sack), poles, and stakes. One person can load it into the truck/car in 2 trips easy.
