Would be nice if it were just a tad smaller, but engineering is not my specialty so I don't know if that's possible. Saves taking multiple charging adapters.
I did not use any heating devices, so can't comment on that use. Just phone, Kindle, & camera use this trip.

amazonuser: Needed to plug in my toothbrush charger (220V) and several USB cords. Worked great. I also was traveling to a European country so had to buy another type adapter. I actually spent about the same on this one and a European one as I would have if I bought the combo one. I was afraid I might loose some of the other plugs if I purchased the combo so this was fine. Took up just a little more space than the combo but that was ok.
