Amazon Customer: Was hoping to use as a ginger tea but the lot I received had an unpleasant flavor. However, the uniformity of the powder, solubility, and smell (when dry) were otherwise fantastic.
UPDATE: Terrasoul reached out to make things right, thanks! I hope they continue to improve on this product since it is so easy to use.

Brand4Him: The flavor is very fragrant and a little goes a long way. There are little pieces of the "skin" so the whole ginger root is finely ground which is what I prefer when I am cooking. I add it to smoothies and almost every stirfry and other dishes I like to taste it with. I am very pleased with this purchase.
