JayJay: I was gentle with this tool. Went to pull it out of my bag and the head of it had fallen off. It was fine when I put in my bag on the 16th hole I went to grab it and head was missing. Of course my return window was over. I would have been five with being sent a new one instead of a refund but guess I will have to buy another elsewhere. I had some issues when fully extended it didn't want to collapse all the way so I left it how it was so I didn't break it....
Update... The company reached out to me because of my bad review I left here on their product they sold me that failed. I get no matter what product you buy even the most high quality products out there they can fail immediately. Based on the fact they contacted me and sent me a brand new one at no cost I have changed my rating to 4 stars. Customer is just as important to me as the quality of a product. I will update my review to 5 stars water a company months of using this product. The customer service is enough to make me buy from this company let alone a solid product. Thanks for the new ball retriever. Just based on customer service I would recommend this product and this company.
