Don't buy this. Invest the extra $100 and get something that will last longer than 5 prints.
Cons:
Difficult to level the bed.
So many exposed wires.
Comes with only 2 preloaded prints.
One of the included software programs did not work. The other one is quite the learning experience.
Prints aren't the best quality but okay for a first printer and seeing if 3d printing is for me.
Load and unload filament didn't always work. Sometimes it would start a print when I wanted to remove the filament.
Loud. And the closer the motor got to wearing out the louder it got.
Motor burned up after 2 months.
Pros:
Easy to setup machine.
Small and compact.
That's really about it. Again, invest a little but more in a 3d printer that will actually last and not cause you endless grief. After this printer burned up I got a Fokoos Odin-5 F3. And let me tell you.. it is WORLDS away from an easythreed. It is simple to set up, simple to level, quiet... it's amazing. But I will write a review for that printer under that printer.
Thank you.

Jennifer BrownJennifer Brown:
This printer was easy to assemble. I will give it that.
Within five minutes of assembly, my husband bumped the filament spool holder, and it snapped in half. I contacted the seller, and they were going to send me a new filament spool holder that looked like a different design from the original (which is probably for the best). So, they were at least willing to do that.
Navigating the printing/software setup is not something a kid can really do. Shoot, some adults probably can't do it. I would say the same for a better printer, too. That's just something that needs to be said.
The USB ports that came with the printer did not work with my computer. Luckily, I had a SD card adapter and port on my computer, and that worked.
The printer also did not come with test filament. I have read in the reviews, however, that this test filament is not good, so . . . maybe that is a blessing.
We did one print on it, which didn't quite come out as well as we had hoped. I don't know if that was a file or printer issue. The next day, we went to fire it up to try a new print, and the feeder motor was already dead.
So, after about two strikes,...

Holly P.F.Holly P.F.: This is a great little 3D printer and we are having a lot of fun using it. I agree with other reviewers that the instructions aren't the best, so here are some tips that might be helpful to new users. 1) Most important, IMO, DO NOT use the filament that comes with the printer. It clogged our printer immediately and, from previous experience with a 3D pen and customer service informing me that old, dried-out filament was the problem, I deduced it must be expired filament causing the clog with this printer. Luckily I was able to clean the clog with a paper clip and needle - probably not the best because you risk damaging the nozzle but so far, so good. I recommend purchasing a roll of new filament like one I bought here on Amazon that was vacuum sealed and had silica dessicant inside - working beautifully, fingers crossed. 2) I had some difficulty converting files from STL to Gcode using Easyware 3D before I realized many of the files I was trying to use from various websites were in RAR - I used a website called ezyZip to covert to STL, then used Easyware to create the Gcode file for printing 3) Some of the files from websites were too big for the bed of the...

Ray C. Freeman III: I hooked this little printer up to a 12V battery and use it to demonstrate 3D printing at craft fairs, where I sell the 3D printed jewelry that I make with my Ender 3. It's great to have a small portable printer that doesn't need an electrical outlet for this purpose. People love to see how 3D printing works. Of course, the print quality ain't that great, but what do expect for this price!

Tiffany: First off I want to say it took my husband 6 hours to get this thing working and then after that we made about 5-6 items over the next couple weeks and it stopped working. Good concept but doesn’t last.
