Breaker: Been using this for a week for cutting i was bulking before with that being said ive lost 2.8 pounds in around 1 week but ive also switched my nutrition so not sure if its the alpha yohimbine.... the only side effect i noticed is it gives me nauseous..

MaruMaro: The recommended dosage is 1-2 pills max a day. The last pill should not be taken within 6 hrs of bedtime. Like any supplements, you have to start off with 1 pill to see how your body reacts. Then work your way to the max dose when you feel your body can tolerate the effects. When I just need a minimal pick-me-up to get me started during the day, I take 1 pill followed by a 2nd pill within 1-2 hours later. If I'm about to workout, I will take 2 pills together. I feel it working within 30 mins - 1 hr after taking. You will feel a bit flush and warm, and will probably perspire a little (if you take 2 pills together). You will get thirsty, and you will pee alot. I was taking a prescription diet pill that made me thirsty, but it made me retain water no matter how much I drank. I don't take these on the weekend, so that my body can rest and not build a tolerance to its effects. I prefer this supplement because it makes me feel like I'm actually sweating and peeing more. I'm about to start a workout challenge next month, and I will definitely use this to help me through the workouts.

I have been taking Alpha Yohimbine for just over two weeks now, and overall I am satisfied. Although, I think it is too soon to see results as far as weightloss is concerned, I certainly do *feel* results as an effect of this supplement.
Here is what I like about this particular product: capsules are not too big and do not leave a bad or weird taste/aftertaste; provides a steady alertness- not a jumpy, jittery "energy" followed by a crash; many people report that it gave them a general sense of well being, which I suspect is the subtle yet strong "alertness" boost that yohimbine provides, minus the negative effects that accompany the same alertness as with caffeine or other stimulants; when taken shortly before (about 30 minutes) a workout or a long walk or when I have a ton of housework to catch up on, I feel unstoppable and can finish the task with ease; the price is definitely right on point (meaning, it's really overpriced but...

I've been using a few pills (apple cider vinegar, etc.) to help aid in weight loss but so far I haven't seen any results that make me go "wow". I don't expect to go "wow" but with this product I go "wow".

I've been using these pills for only 3 days, the first two days I only took one pill. Then, after the second day, I ended up gaining 3 pounds because I was eating fast food (cake, mac and cheese, cheetos, chocolate) all day and just laid in bed. I don't usually do this but I was depressed, bored and teleworking at home. So on the third day, I took two of these pills and worked out hard (50 mins on the treadmill & some strength exercises) due to knowing how bad i ate the day before and the weight i gained.
