The Old Coach: If you are an expat Brit, this is the tea for you. Sturdy, strong and dark. Very flavorful and very smooth. I bought the 80-cup package, but it is available in larger packets. I stumbled across it from comments others had made about its superiority to other ‘teas’ that simply don’t match up.
If you are not British, then give it a try to see what you have been missing.

Patricia B Payton: I was told by a friend who is a Brit this was what they drank in England. Therefore, I definitely had to order some and Amazon carried it. So, as I write this review I’m sipping on my first cup of Taylor’s, Youkshire Tea. It’s a hardier tea, but smooth. Has a good flavor with just a hint of tartness. Exceptionally good cup of tea! Guess they know what they’re talking about when it comes to tea!

Kunde: Seit einem längeren Aufenthalt in England bin ich eigentlich ausschließlich Teetrinker. Typischer englischer Tee, wie z.B. Yorkshire Tea, ist eher feiner CTC-Tee, der äußerst geschmacksintensiv ist und einen vergleichsweise hohen Koffeingehalt hat. Ihn gibt es sowohl lose als auch im Teebeutel und beide Varianten nutze ich, denn oft muss es leider schnell gehen; dann sind die Teebeutel Gold wert, denn die Zubereitung geht schnell und der Geschmack ist genial. Ein Splash Milch ist obligatorisch - ob man Zucker zum Tee gibt, ist Geschmackssache.
Im Vergleich zu anderen Marken und Sorten finde ich Yorkshire Tea Gold besonders geschmacksintensiv und aromatisch. Besonders im Angebot (ca. 5€/80 Beutel) lohnt sich der Kauf - teurer als in Großbritannien ist der Tee natürlich noch immer.

esch: Als Teeliebhaber bevorzugt man in der Regel losen Tee. Die Engländer haben jedoch geschafft. Teebeutel, in diesem Fall jedoch Teapads, haben den gleichen ausgewogenen und aromatischen Geschmack wie loser Tee. Das macht ihn gerade bei der Arbeit, auf Reisen oder für schnell zwischendurch sehr praktisch. Gut dosierbar und gut aufzubewahren, ist er in meinem Alltag nicht mehr wegzudenken. Ein Spitzenprodukt ist hier der Tee von "Yorkshire Tea" und eben ganz besonders herausragend "Taylor's of Harrogate Yorkshire Gold Tea". Zwei Pads auf ca 0,5 l kochendes Wasser. Ein Genuss für jeden anspruchsvollen Teetrinker.
