Ruth A. Descoteaux: I bought this 17 months ago. It seemed to work okay for the first year, then it started giving inaccurate readings. I would weigh 10 pounds less than the day before. It would no longer retain the prior weight measurement. I tried the troubleshooting suggestions & it worked for 2 days then back to erratic weights. I’m very dissatisfied with this scale.

Amazon Customer: I've only had the scale for a short time. I got on the scale, went to the doctors and the weight was the same on the Taylor scale and the doc's scale. I'd say that's a five star review. Also, the numbers are large... a benefit for anyone with sight concerns. I've had another Taylor scale for 15 years. Started to do wonky things thus the new one.
