Mikayla C.: I am a big fan of packaged salads and have tried almost every major brand. I really like that this Taylor Farms brand tends to be higher quality and higher in nutrients. The asiago kale salad is delicious and makes eating kale an easier job than usual. The dressing does a good job of masking that bitter flavor and the croutons are a very nice touch and texture. The salad is also more than enough for one person. You just have to eat it right away, as the shelf life isn’t very long.

Amazon Customer: I use Taylor Farms salad mixes all the time but I found I didn't like the dressing for this particular salad mix. The veggies were great so no complaints there. The cheese & croutons added flavor but something was missing from the dressing. It needed a little more of something.....maybe wine vinegar, etc. Still a good purchase though. Healthy.
