Becca: In the past, I've never considered myself a salad eater. In fact, I hadn't really eaten any raw vegetables in years. A few months ago my Dr. said I had high cholesterol. I have also just been thinking about eating healthier. Anyway, so I thought I might try these salad kits and have a nice big salad every day. I started this about 3 weeks ago and I ordered a wide variety of salad kits.

One thing I've learned from this - I can really tell the difference in the taste of organic vs. regular. Also I've enjoyed many of the organic salad kits, but this one in particular is so delicious. It has just the right combo and quantities of everything, including the extras, like seeds, tiny blue corn tortilla strips, and the spicy dressing.

It's really kept me on my goal to eat a salad everyday because I actually want to and crave it. I've been buying these each week and plan to continue. I haven't had my cholesterol rechecked, but it's doing something because I'm feeling better. Would recommend trying!

L. Young: I do not like salads. Period. The end. I have tried them over the years and can't get past cold, uncooked, nasty rabbit food. However, having been out of the gym for a year, despite eating healthy cooked food and working out at home, I've gone up some sizes, sooo I decided to give this a try.

I cringed at the thought of the first bite. To my shock and surprise, it was absolutely delicious! Maybe because it's all shredded and not big leaves of lettuce (yuck). Maybe it's because my taste buds have changed with age. Whatever the reason, I am thrilled that I love this.

I'll replace the dressing and cheese with vegan alternatives, but otherwise, it was spicy with a little crunch from the blue chips - so perfect. The low calorie count really makes me happy. I will buy this again but look forward to learning how to make it myself.

ANGEL: I like how crunchy & fresh this salad is! For me, it's on the pricey side because I don't use the dressing (I use my own). But, I did taste it and it was very good; creamy but not at all "hot" in regards to it being spicy. I didn't read on the package the kind of lettuce it is; It seems to be a lot of cabbage which is fine by me. I didn't use any of the fixings either that came with it. But, I enjoyed it and there were, for me, several servings which was nice!
