Jeffrey Johns: This is a well sized roof top carrier with plenty of space. It seams will made and there is a flap to conceal the zipp and add an extra layer of water proofing. I returned this product as on zip broke on the 1st trip and 2nd zip broke on the return trip. I to me it looks like the zip clasp was made from a weak metal and just bent. If they improve the zip I would rate it a 4 star.
I mounted it to my roof rail using a ratechet strap and not the provided straps. I tested the door hooks and this does not seem to be good. I would not recommend this if you don't have roof rails.

Karly: The zippers broke upon my first use. They ripped right off when barely full. The straps are strong but very hard to tighten. I had to use the existing straps and duct tape to make it camping but the drive with 2 you g kids to hours longer since I had to stop and fix tape every hour or so. Really disappointed. Do buy this unless your trip isn’t essential to be on time or have all your stuff. Miraculously, the contents were dry so I did list 5 stars for waterproof however 2 rolls of doctors tape might of had a hand with that.

Thomas J. ZainoThomas J. Zaino: After purchasing this bag and using it for the first time we did have a couple issues with the zipper.
After posting a review showing the issues that we had someone from the company contacted us directly and offered us a 100% refund or a complete replacement bag.
We still needed a bag with this type of functionality so we opted for a new bag being reluctant that we didn’t know if it was a scam or not. Without further ado two days later we had a brand new bag in the mail from the company directly. I highly recommend using their product due to if you have any issues whatsoever they will replace it or give you a 100% refund.
The pictures you will see pictures of the old bag with issues and the new picture with the replacement bag in the wrapper and our old bag.

Bryan O.Bryan O.: I'm updating my original comment that will include the response I received from the company. The bag itself like other products could use updates and possible changes to make it better. I'm glad that the company did take notice of my review and they reached out to me to make things right. I stated in my original post that I like the bag for its material and overall strap construction. I am changing my rating since the company did reach out to me and we came to an agreeable resolution. I still plan on using the bag because of its utility and it's just a great idea.
Memorial weekend was the purpose for purchasing the Taygeer. I placed luggage and other beach items in the Taygeer while on top of the vehicle, as the intended use. The Taygeer was not even packed full and I was quite surprised to the amount of room it has. Installation is simple. The disappointment came when we reached our destination and found a couple of seems ripped open (see attached photos).
