Ann: My favorite ginger cookies! Crispy but not hard. I love them alone or dunking them in milk. There are chunks of chewy candied ginger in them which I surprisingly really LIKE!
Problem is they are SO GOOD that they don't last long!

Kate: I’m usually not a fan of gluten free bakery because of the odd textures, but these have a great texture and slightly crystallized or caramelized ginger. A nice alternative to ginger snap cookies. One star off for being a little too sweet and for the ridiculously high price.

Lyra: I have always loved ginger cookies, and Tate's is a recent discovery. These are wonderful cookies! Because they are thin, they are almost candied, like when a baker uses a torch to add a candy-like finish. The ginger pieces are tasty and chewy. I look forward to trying all of Tate's cookies.
