Michell L. Slife: My family loves these ginger snaps, precisely because of the “SNAP!” of each bite. Unless you are a dunker like me, and they are equally delicious dunked. Had a hard time finding a brand that reminded us of the cookies we remember my Grandmother buying, but these are as close to as can be! Nostalgic, delicious, and the ginger helped my mom through her chemo. Three sets of thumbs up from my family!!
