Nicholas Aholt: I love these. I like to have one for breakfast every other day when I am watching my calorie intake. They are relatively low calorie and just enough to kick-start my digestion for the day. My girlfriend hates granola bars and refused to try one when I offered. But one day when she was hungry and we were out of snacks she tried one. She came into the bedroom saying, "Oh my god these granola bars are delicious." Now I can't keep enough in the cupboard because she swipes them all for grab-and-go snacks at work (she works in an E.R.)
