We loved the flavor but we love ginger too. It works great if traveling or camping or at home. I added some chickpeas to it to make it fuller. It is great over rice or ramen noodles.

Just a thought..:
It was not nearly as good as the others. Little spicy but bland. But thats me.
Potion size if u want a meal, you have to add sticky rice (I love) but as far as all the others made by tasty bite, this one was not for me, I gave it to my parent's, they said the same but love this brand.
My favorite of all, coming from my x being a chef and from Thailand, I love the vegetable peanut and add a scoop of peanut butter for that xtra peanut sauce I know n love.

It's a palatable curry that preps real fast, can't complain about that! Great to have on hand and I like the veggies. It's just not *at all* Thai penang curry, so if you're flexible and just need something to keep the pantry stocked, go for it! Otherwise, I can't recommend this one.

I’m an omnivore and bought these for convenience. This is my first foray into shelf stable ready to eat meals. The Thai Ginger Curry is decent but it doesn’t have a very robust flavor. So I figured out that by eating it with a flavored rice (I use a brown and long grain rice medley), it brings out all of the nuanced flavors and is absolutely delicious
