Tac Force TF-846 Spring-Assisted Folding Knife for Quick, Easy Access

Zach: All metal titanium coated spring assist for $7? just buy it. it's a great weight and size for EDC. everything about it is just a perfect little edc blade that has just what a knife should have. this is easily a $20+ knife i'd guess. Glass breaker is solid, clip is solid and customizable/replacable. the spring assist is very strong and blade locks in sturdy. Ill probably get 5 more just to have around or to give away. replaced my other edc. cant go wrong with this one.

Santi G: The glass breaker is my favorite part of this knife, doubles as a bottle opener! My least favorite part is the pocket clip, it starts to bend and become loose causing it to fall out my pocket on multiple occasions, which is why I am buying a second one. Also the locking mechanism failed on me ONCE causing a deep gash on my finger, but in the defense of the locking mechanism it was possibly user error. Still bought it twice so I can't complain too much.

R. Herman: Relatively lightweight for what it is, though you will feel this in your pocket. The blade springs open when you apply pressure with a single finger to the tab on the back of the blade. The lock is very secure. Perhaps they could have beveled the edges for a smoother feel in your hand, but it's not uncomfortable or anything. Everything feels tight and well made.

Susan L: Great knife for many jobs and just to keep around the house for quick & easy
opening of boxes, letters. Lightening fast spring-assist Out The Side blade is very sharp! It's great for women because it fits right in my hand when folded and slight tug on the release lever opens the knife.
I'd give it 5 stars, but I ordered a second one for Friend that had a manufacturer defect. It happens and Amazon was generous about the return.

Rayted_R: It's a tiny little knife. Needs a bit of breaking in so that the spring mech loosens up a little bit to open faster. Unlike the 2nd picture, my bottom triangular thingy (what they refer to as a lanyard hole) is quite pointy rather than rounded. Almost as if it was intended to be a window breaker. Almost.

When I took mines out, there was a very light chemical lubricant smell, like a lower quality WD-40. There was also a little residue from this oil/lubricant which I am probably gonna wipe off and apply some other one on it. The blade also has a "Handmade in China" printed on it. The pocket clip has a light springiness to it, so it shouldn't be difficult to clip it in a pocket or on a belt. Most/all of the knife uses the 6 point torx screw, but I'm not gonna disassemble it unless needed.

joerichir: [commentaire mis-à-jour] après quelques mois d'utilisation, je le porte constamment dans la poche de mon pentalon, il est devenu inutilisable. 4 vis ce sont défaites et ont été perdues (elle sont minuscules) rendant le couteau inutilisable. C'est très dommage, surtout vu le nom de l'article qui suggère un couteau de bonne qualité. A éviter donc c'est de l'argent perdu.
