Kevin Thomas Stamp: Product does get very hot have to be careful, could melt products around it or burn skin if touched for to long. Would recommend leaving it alone before touching it after use.

Pals: Roommate took the power cord when moving out, it was a pain in the butt to get a replacement from the store t bought it from. No one seemed to be able help. The description was very clear, so I knew I was getting the correct cable and wattage for my make and size T.V. Plugged it in as soon as it got here and in powered it up. The ONLY bummer and why I gave it 4 stars is it is more of a computer power cable than a TV power cord. Nowe I know that sounds petty but there is a bulky cylinder on the cable that hangs right in view under the t.v. and then the bulky DC Adapter box, as shown. It's heavy and hot. My t.v. is mounted to the wall and so it is something to be aware of. Something to note, the adapter box does heat up too. All in all, I'm thrilled, I could just get a replacement on my own without a huge deal. And believe me, it was going to be a deal.
