R L: Very happy with this pan. Bought as replacement for one Swiss Diamond I had for 15 years. I know it’s not a full lifetime but lasted longer than any other pan I ever had. I expect this will too. Heats quickly and evenly.

Titch: So far it is too new to really give an opinion. I have fried pork & Lamb chops with onions & sweet peppers…..With expected satisfaction. Further use will put depth to results.

David Kelbert: This would be a 5 star rated pan, but the handle keeps comming loose, and now does not tighten all the way up.
We have had two of these pans in the past, believing at that time they were lifetime, but they area not! One of those pans the handle kept comming loose too, but always was able to retighten it.
The nonstick part of these pans works great so we got another one. Unfortunutly the handles are a pain.

whiskeymike: We've used this brand of skillet for several years, but in an 11". Decided to get this smaller one for times that don't require the larger cooking area. The food cooks evenly. We use a silicone spatula for stirring and serving. We invested in a glass cover, so can observe how things are progressing w/o having to do anything. Have learned to never coat with vegetable oil or non-stick spray, only use butter. We do not put it in the dishwasher. Always wash by hand with dish detergent, and immediately dry and put away. Our second iteration of the 11" has held up superbly - and expect the same with this smaller one. Highly recommend.

Très bonne tenue dans le temps.
En cas de salissures dues à des graisses brulées, utiliser le bicarbonate de soude, comme recommandé sur le mode d'emploi.

Lynne: If you want the ideal frying pan, this is it! After much research, I bought the Swiss Diamond frying pan, mainly for frying eggs and grilling cheese sandwiches. My old frying pan had scratches on its surface, and I was concerned about consuming harmful chemicals that might leach from the coating on the pan to the food. The Swiss Diamond frying pan has been everything I hoped for. The interior surface is strong and resilient, so it is very resistant to scratches. It distributes heat evenly, so scrambled eggs cook evenly and grilled sandwiches easily reach a golden brown all over. Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the nonstick surface. And so far, there are no worrisome scratches. Overall, I am thrilled with the quality of this pan!

Fabrizio: Premetto che avevo già utilizzato quella da 28. Eccezionale, il vero antiaderente .. non si attacca mai nulla senza utilizzare olio… la padella dopo mesi di utilizzo sembra nuova. Unica nota dolente è il peso.. abbastanza pesante ma la resa è eccezionale.

FDO: Enfin une poêle anti-adhésive qui tient ses promesses. A voir dans le temps bien entendu. Mais après qlq mois, c est toujours aussi efficace.
