KL: This stuff is amazing. It has a nice heat to it, such an enticing aroma that cannot be mistaken, and livens up your tastebuds. You do not need a lot, it is fairly strong, but not abrasive. I was introduced to this product decades ago, and have used it for fried chicken, on chicken and rice-it even goes well when you add honey mustard dressing to it. It has endless applications according to your taste.
