Joi: I save time and money by buying all of the ingredients completely prepared and ready to usefrom the jar. We began using this as a Dipping Sauce for Samosas. Both Samosas and the herbs & spices are a new experience to us. We like this so much that we add it to our other Western Europe and traditional American dishes. Having it in a jar makes it easy to take with us.

Chandak Sengoopta: I must say I ordered this without expecting much. And the appearance of the relish - dark and dispiriting - did not raise my expectations. But one mouthful - and I was in heaven! Such intense flavour, such magnificent heat - it was pure bliss! For hardcore chilliheads, this is an absolute must. You're going to love it, I promise! For others who enjoy a bit of heat but not too much, it is still eminently worth investing in, but you would need to use less of it, at least until you get used to it. One strategy is to mix it well with some mango chutney - any brand - but I'm sure there are others. For purists like me, however, it needs nothing except a big enough spoon! I am amazed that such a superb product is not better known - it easily beats most of the superhot sauces and relishes, which offer scorching heat without much flavour and is one of my best finds ever. Well done, folks - just don't change the recipe, please !
