Suwanna Thaisetthawatkul: I ordered from here because of the lowest price but you get what you pay for. It took 14 days after the order for the book to arrive ( IL to NE ). It came in a plastic envelope without bubble wrapping so the music book was not in a good condition when I opened.

N.B: The book arrived with substantial damage, including black marks, tears on the back pages and cover, folded pages, and crumpled pages. Also included a slip that says the item price was 12.98 when I paid 20.49 for it.

Olga: The media could not be loaded. Ok I understand that things can happen like rain,but wasn't it possible to put the music sheets in plastic bag or something!? You could save my order and you prestige with one plastic bag. You have to know that the music sheets are valuable for us and we need to get it in good condition,you can ask more money but to be more careful to product. It totally damaged and when it dry it will be worst.
