Adam: I would recommend this lotion for someone who is trying a "tingle" for the first time. If you have never used a "tingle" lotion before, only put it on your lower legs to get a sense of how it feels. When you tan with it, the heat of the lotion will increase as you tan. I do love the smell, reminds me of a strawberry milkshake. This was one of the very first tingle lotions I've used and sometimes I come back to it just for nostalgic purposes or to break a stall, but if you're an advance tanner, don't expect too much. For beginners, this is mild enough to get a sense of how a tingler works.

CDL01: This is my first experience using a tingle lotion, I read reviews & wanted to start with a mild tingle lotion before trying some of the more extreme ones.
The lotion is white (no bronzer & didn't stain clothes) & of medium thickness, it does have an initial strong imitation cherry smell (not necessarily bad though); however, I will say after tanning it does give off a "burned" cherry smell (not the worst after-tanning smell I've noticed though).
I felt no tingle while putting on the lotion, nor did I really feel any tingling while tanning; however, after about 6 minutes in to my regular 11 minute tan session the bulbs did feel "more intense". Once I was done tanning, I still had no tingling, nor any redness, my skin just felt dry & tight (even after putting on a moisturizing tan persevering lotion right after tanning). I'd say it took about 2 hours after my tanning session to notice any effects, my skin just felt very warm (not to the touch but just felt like it was warm), still no redness nor any true tingling feeling. The warmness feeling was noticeable but by no means unbearable. The warmness feeling lasted until I showered which was about 8 hours...
