My flow: heavy (150-200 ml per period)
My cervix: medium to high, fluctuates on the day
Cups I've tried: Lena (large), Saalt (small), Lily (type 1/small), and now Super Jennie (large)

Details:
My flow was heavy before I got the copper IUD, and it's become unmanageable afterward. I'd fill up a 32ml cup in 45 minutes to 1 hr for 2-3 days straight, and it would leak all over the place. I am fortunate enough to be able to work from home when needed, but I definitely couldn't manage this out and about. Close proximity to a restroom was must, and that was really limiting and disheartening. It felt like any time I had my period, I'd have to cancel all plans and stay home to avoid embarrassment or pain.

I then found the Lily cup (type 1/small). It was soft/flexible and created a great seal. Even when it was full, I've only ever had it leak once. However, it would frequently bump my medium-ish cervix which hurt like a mofo and made me nauseous. I'd try to go back to using my Lena or Saalt cup, but those couldn't create a good seal on my heavy days and would leak instantly (like within 2-5 minutes of putting it...

Kizzy Renee: I ordered this cup because I have a vacation coming up in 2 months as well as a new job on the horizon and since I turned forty 2 years ago, my periods have made mundane life events such as those, nearly unmanageable. On my heaviest days, usually days 2 and 3 but sometimes day 1 as well, I go though an overnight pad every hour to 90 minutes. I do not like tampons and over the past 2 years have transitioned out of using them except when I absolutely need to. It's messy and uncomfortable to have to clean up what looks like a murder scene in public, not to mention going to the bathroom that often is inconvenient and nearly impossible when you work with children and can't just disappear at your convenience. I own the Duchess cup which works fine for days 4 and 5 but just doesn't have the capacity for my heavy days, especially since the backward and to the left tilt of my uterus only allows a cup to be 3/4 full before it starts to leak when my body is anything but upright. I tried the Lotus Fresh cup by Nene Fem Health and it was a complete waste of money. It never conformed to my body and leaked all around the cup even on light days. Julie: I was using Diva cup, and it was hurting a little bit when I was using it. With the super Jennie it's not hurting at all, very confortable, I don't feel it during the day. The only thing is that if you like to do acrobatics, or handstand, you might experience some air coming in and then out with a funny sound which is always a little embarrasing haha

Juanita Smith: I like that it is reusable and collects menstrual blood. Two problems I had with it is that it was hard to insert and remove it.
