Julie and Bill D.: Works well & very easy to use. Don’t know how anybody could have a problem using this product. Apparently there were some reviews where people say the motor isn’t strong enough. This thing isn’t a bench grinder where you’re trying to shave down metal. You hold the shoe lightly against the wool buffing pads & let the friction melt the wax. Works perfectly for that. However, I don’t know that it’s worth $80 or whatever I paid for it. I’d say the results are marginally better than what I can do with my horse hair brush. If you are very lazy or very rich, this may be worth it. I am lazy but not rich so I wouldn’t buy it again but it does work. I’m hoping this will make my life easier by allowing me to just quickly buff my shoes while wearing them as opposed to polishing them every couple of weeks. If that’s the case, then this product will definitely merit 5 stars all around.
