It went together like all other plastic deck boxes except it had a tab on the left and right that did not seem to pop together as expected. You can see the injection molding spots all over it. I have used another brand 4 or 5 times and the fit and finish of the Suncast 63 Gallon Resin Deck Box does not come close to the other brand. I also felt like the cost did not reflect the product it should have been at least $20.00 less and I got it on sale.

I was super surprised that there are absolutely no tools needed to assemble this storage box. It'll be outside in Chicago all winter, so I'd need to report back on durability. But it seems like a good product and a good value.
