I’m so sad how bitter this ($&@7) taste it’s ridiculous I should have tested a little bit of it before use but of my gosh I was embarrassed the taste was soo awe full awe full I wouldn’t recommend this to my granny and she’s not alive I can’t believe it I even put it in milk and it taste like poison if I knew what poison taste like this would be it please no one buy this ok unless you want to make you worst enemy cringed

I like taste of extracts better than bakery emulsions. When making gummies make sure most of alcohol is cooked off before adding extract or emulsion. To much alcohol, and extract or if emulsion is used will turn solid and not mix in.

Nice flavour. I use it for puddings, ice cream and for flavouring soda. I find the alcohol a bit strong though. Might be nice to have an alcohol free version.
