Leslie: I drink a can about 15 minutes before training and it does enhance my workouts. Jerry Rice and family have hit on a decent natural formula with cordyceps mushrooms and other vegan ingredients. I like the mango and açaí flavors but will try new flavors in the future. I live in Idaho where it does get hot in summer and the hikers and hunters in my family now carry this drink with them. The cordyceps mushrooms are thought to help your body endure the heat.
