BrayleJD: was skeptical when i ordered this. a piece of metal holding a 55 gallon tank? have had it up for a month now and so far so good. easy to put together and very sturdy. i would make a suggestion to the company, you should build a lip on this. my tank JUST fits on it. i would feel better if there was something on either end to help hold it in. i doubt it would move, but you never know.

Neciaism: I finally put the stand together and I was pleasantly surprised by the 80s and even more surprised by the appearance. Initially I was thinking about returning it before even giving it a shot… I am so glad I changed my mind! I absolutely love it it has a really sleek appearance and goes well underneath my tank the color was closer to a steel gray however you will not be disappointed! ~LuvUMuch Neciaism

Amanda: This is a very pretty stand. The only problem I have is that there is no lip to hold the tank. It sits completely flush, and although it’s sleek and attractive, it’s not very safe. I have 2 very young boys and will have to come up with a way to secure the tank. Even a small amount of pressure causes it to slide!

Brandon McCarthy: Stand works great! I wish it's come with a shelf unit. There's a place for one, and even the screw holes for it, but it doesn't include one. And/or a shelf unit for the top part, so the weight of the tank isn't only sitting on the metal. I'm sure it's a couple of bucks at the hardware store, but just would have been nice for convenience. The one thing I dislike is that this product is specific for the size of your tank. Normal, I know, but now if I want to upgrade my tank, I have to upgrade my stand. That aside, my tank sits beautifully on the stand, almost 100% flush. Easy to assemble.
