KevinKevin: I walk 2-3 miles, five days a week. These ankle weights perfect for the workout, but did not hold up over time. I believe the weight packets tend to shift in their holder’s, which over time, wears the fabric of both the packet and the holder, causing a black substance to leak out everywhere.

ハンギウム: アンクルウェイトを初めて使いましたが、結構大きいです。重りの調節をしないで使ったら、かなりの重さでびっくりしました。女性にはあまり適していないかもしれません。ある程度大きめなのを意識して買った方がいいかも。

足用に使ってます。伸縮性のあるズボンでないとうまく隠れてくれないと思います。隠さないと人目を引きそうな感じです。

マジックテープがいろんなところに引っ付くので、使わない時はしまっておきましょう。一回使っただけですが、1年は持ちそうかな。

ウエイトととしての役割は十分果たせてます。
コスパ重視なので装着の快適性などは目をつぶれますね。
自分にとっては期待した通りのおもさでした。

monsieurw1: Wearing these while doing leg lifts has been helpful to my legs and core, but the straps are rather short, and I have swollen ankles from a chronic condition, rendering the straps useless. So I use these draped oddly on top of my feet, which is neither ideally comfortable nor convenient. Still, a positive review because this problem is kind of my fault.

Belle: I am a homecare PT and this ankle weights being adjustable means I don't have to bring multiple sets with varrying weights with me. Removal of inserts is easy but it's a pain to put them back inside the minipackets should you need a heavier weight. As for comfort, so far I haven't had any complaints of it being uncomfortable. The material also dries easily, I just wipe the weights down with sanicloth and they'd be nice and dry by the time I get to my next client. I like that it comes with a wrap around velcro, it can accomodate any ankle size, however, sometimes, removing it can be a challenge. Overall, the quality is good. Andyes, I do recommend it.

JoAnn&Chris: Im trying to work off the covid weight and its hard to do, i purchased a gym membership but sometimes i just dont want to drive there to work out all the time. so i started to do small work outs at home. To intensify the workout i thought of buying some weights. all are expensive and im already paying to use they gyms weights anyways. so i thought okay something small to use for when i work out at home, i thought ooo ankle weights! As amazon is my go to I looked through all options they provide in selling. All were labeled at a good price but only for 2 lbs and it was expenisve when i clicked the 5 lbs each leg option.
Then i came around to finding Amazon Basics products and found the ankle weights a good price but I thought, i better check to make sure the weight isnt 2 lbs each leg. and its not! its 5 lbs each leg and its super easy to remove weight if its too much on your knees.
I ended up also strapping them together and placed them on me like a sling bag/ one shoulder cary. and that helped keep weight on me like a weight vest. It was a great purchase and good investment. Its the best option to choose with weight to price ratio. Highly recommend getting this one before...
